SHIPPING INFORMATION

All parcels of are dispatched via Singapore Post & the merchant's engaged courier provider/s. For local delivery, courier delivery options are available. For international delivery, registered options are made available with choice of either air mailing or express courier.

COURIER

Parcels will be dispatched from the merchant's warehouse within 3 working days upon payment received. Their engaged courier company, Ninja Van, delivers the parcel within the next 2-3 working days after the order has been updated to the shipped status.

Express delivery option is also available. For payment received after 9 am, the merchant will process and dispatch your parcel from their warehouse on the next working day.

Additional charges apply if delivery has been attempted as agreed upon the courier company & customer but there is nobody present to receive the package at the address. Payment of $4.50/- to be paid directly to the courier upon redelivery.

For international orders, courier delivery services are available via the merchant's engaged courier service provider. However, kindly note that the shipping charges quoted are exclusive of customs taxes or country taxes that may be applicable to your own country.

WAIVER OF POSTAGE CHARGES

Free local courier is applicable for purchases of regular priced items of $120 & above in a single shipment.


BACK ORDERS

All backorders are subjected to delays. Customers are not encouraged to purchase from backorders if they are uncomfortable with the wait. In the event of a cancelled/ unfulfilled backorder, refunds will be made strictly via credit. You may refer to the backorder status on the product page itself. Customers are not able to request a refund on any fulfilled backorder/s.


NON-DELIVERY

From time to time, the merchant may receive returns due to non-delivery or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Such parcels will be resent out by courier, with the cost borned by the customer. Parcels will be forfeited if there is no response within 30 days from the date an email notification has been sent.

For return and exchange requests, kindly email [email protected] with the order number as the email subject and we will get back to you as soon as we can. All requests must be made known to us within 3 days of receipt of the order and another 2 days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Customers who send back parcels prior to informing us will be rejected.

Criteria for exchange:-

Wrong size was bought, & wish to exchange for the right size:

a) Item must also be in its original condition i.e. unworn/unwashed and resellable condition.
b) FREE sized items are not eligible for any exchanges.
c) SALE items or items purchased under special promotions are strictly not allowed for exchange.


Criteria for return for credit (reasons not related to defective & incorrect items):-

a) Items purchased are not SALE items.
b) Items purchased are not under any special promotions/discount.

The value of waived postage from the initial order will be deducted from the credit. Any order utilising the store credits will not be eligible for further returns.

Criteria for return (defective & incorrect items):- 

a) Inaccurate measurements given, with a difference of at least 1 inch (2.5cm). Do note that there may be a 0.5-0.8 inches difference in the given measurements and such variance will not be considered as a defect/reason for exchange.
b) Incorrect item received. In the event that the merchant is unable to provide a replacement, a credit of the item's equivalent value will be issued.
c) Defective item received. Customers are required to send us pictures of the defective merchandise prior to mailing the item back to confirm that the item has a defect & the defect is in no way part of the intended design. In the event that the merchant is unable to provide a replacement, a credit of the item's equivalent value will be issued.

*Minor defects such as loose threads, slight stains or scratches will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.

The merchant apologises for the inconvenience caused & will reimburse relevant postage costs incurred by customers in sending the items back to them. All reimbursements will be made via credit.

The merchant reserves the right to exercise discretion in this matter. Item/s returned with neither prior notification via email nor return acknowledgement via email will be duly rejected.
