The skirt shape is Inspired by Shelley Long in "Troop Beverly Hills, this beautiful, floating ruffled skirt is tight at the hip with a blooming puff effect skirt. The fitted hip allow it to be worn with long T shirts, sweatshirts and more, or simply pair it back to our Elizabeth blouse. Featuring a back elastic waist and side zipper. Two layers of gathered skirt and a structured trim at hem. Faux horsehair in lines the skirt interior creating a large puff effect.
