The jacket is made with wide peaked lapels and a two button closure set within a six button double breasted configuration. There is a jetted pocket at either side and a pocket at the left chest. The back bottom has a 12” centre vent. The jacket is half lined in a cream white acetate fabric. It has a pocket built into the interior at either side.

Union label: CSN CNTU. The CNTU (Confederation of National Trade Unions - in French, the CSN, Confédération des Syndicats Nationaux) was a Quebec based union active in the needle trade from 1960 until about 1972.
Material: Unsure of the fabric, appears to be cotton with maybe some woven silk, very nice quality
Sizing: Size 40 is indicated, and although this should fit a size medium, please rely on the following measurements for fit (compare measurements with a similar jacket that you presently own or to your own body measurements, taking the cut of the garment into account):
Shoulders: 18 1/2” across from shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam
Sleeves: 24 1/2” from the shoulder/sleeve seam
Sleeve inseam: 16 1/2”
Chest: 43” around, taken under the arms
Waist: 39” around
Overall length: 30 1/2”, measured flat
Condition: It is in very good condition with no stains, odours, wear or tears - this jacket looks to have seen very little use and has been well cared for over the years.
Wonderful mod style, very natty - great summer jacket!
