This is a vintage 1960s tuxedo suit made in a black mohair and wool blended fabric.  The suit is made with padded shoulders, a single linked button closure, narrow shawl lapels that are trimmed in satin along the edge, jetted side pockets, chest pocket and single button cuffs, all trimmed in satin.  There is a satin stripe down either leg of the pants.  The jacket is half lined in paisley woven eggplant purple two toned fabric.  The pants have a flat front, nylon zipper fly, a pocket built into either side and two back pockets.

Sizing: This vintage 1960s tuxedo has no size label and although it should fit a medium to large size (US size 40-42), please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Jacket:

Shoulders: 18” across shoulder seam-to-seam 

Sleeves: 25 1/2” from shoulder seam

Sleeve Inseam: 16 3/4”

Chest: 45”

Waist: 40”

Overall length: 31“

Pants:

Waist: 35”-36”

Leg Inseam: 30 1/2” long - the hem is unfinished, so you can finish them at any length 30” or shorter

Overall length: 40 1/2“ (unfinished hem)

Condition: This vintage 1960s tuxedo is in very good condition with no wear, tear, stains or odour except for a couple of stains to the interior right pocket of the pants. Otherwise, this vintage 1960s tuxedo looks like it only saw little use, and was very well kept over the years.
