This is an Anokhi Indian dress made of blue cotton gauze. The fabric is finely pleated below the bodice and studded with tiny pieces of silver toned metal that give the dress just a touch of sparkle.  This Anokhi Indian dress is made of 100% cotton - the cotton is woven in a lightweight gauzy construction, great for summer wear.  The dress is sleeveless and has sequinned double shoulder straps, a V shaped bodice that is edged in round and bugle shaped beading, and the skirt is gathered in tucks under the waistline so as to fall in drapes in addition to its fine pleats.  There is a flounce built onto the bottom of the dress that adds to the fullness.  The bodice is lined, but the skirt is unlined and is therefore semi-transparent as the cotton is sheer.  This Anokhi Indian dress closes at the upper back with two snaps and four covered buttons and loops.

Condition: This Anokhi Indian dress is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, tear, staining or odour - this was well stored over the years.

This is a wonderful summer dress - quality Anokhi Indian dress, understated, but really lovely!
