This is a dinner plate made in the Woodland pattern, designed by Vera for Mikasa of Japan. I have eight of these available, but price is for one plate only. These feature a modern design of fern leaves in white against a blue background. Each plate measures 10 3/4 in diameter and each is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or wear (except for one plate that has a couple of very light, small scratches, really minor). This line was produced from 1974 until 1976, but I think that these ones are from 1974 as they are not signed Vera on the front. They are made of a stoneware type of porcelain and marked on the underside with ferns, soft as mist and wind Alice (alike?) ©Vera Mikasa ® oven to table to dishwasher. Woodland F7501 Japan. These are nice replacements or additions to a collection - please note my other listings for salad plates in this pattern, as long as they are still available.
