This is a vintage 60s mens wool coat made in Canada by Utex.  This mens wool coat is made in a muted green colour with plaid detailing on the collar and on the interior.  It is made with high set lapels and wide collar, curved seams to the sides of the chest and a three button closure.  There is a single button at either turned half cuff, but one of the buttons is missing - you can either replace it, replace both, or remove both.  It has a button down slant pocket at either side.  The jacket is half lined in black satin fabric.

Label: Utex Union Made Made in Canada.  The Utex Corporation was founded in 1943, specializing in Western look clothing and then, starting during the 70s, in down filled winter wear.  This coat dates to the late 60s.

Sizing: Size 38 is indicated on this mens wool coat, so it should fit a medium size, but please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Shoulders:  19”

Sleeves:  25 1/2”

Sleeve Inseam:  17 1/2”

Chest: 46” around, taken under the arms

Waist: 48”, around

Overall length: 35" measured flat

Condition:  It is in very clean condition with no stains, tear or wear.  This mens wool coat looks to have seen little use and was well stored over the years.
