This is an authentic vintage 70s era silk twill tie made in Italy by Salvatore Ferragamo.  The tie features a pattern consisting of a repeating abstract ornate motif in colours of blue, magenta, purple and dropped out white against a black background.  The tie loop reads “ Salvatore Ferragamo Seta 100% - Silk 100% Dry Clean Only - Made in Italy ”.  It measures  59” in length and has a width of 3 1/4” at its widest.  The tie is clean and is in very good condition with no staining or wear.  This is an early Salvatore Ferragamo silk tie - nice addition to a collection!
