This is a vintage 70s silk knit tie made in Italy under the Jean Patou label.  This knit tie has squared ends and is made in black. It measures 57” in length and has a width of 3 1/4” at its widest.  The neck is reinforced with fabric and has a label affixed to it that reads “Création Jean Patou Paris”.  The tie loop reads “Made in Italy For Holt Renfrew Montreal” and there is another label that reads “All Silk Made in Italy”.  It has not been dry cleaned but is in very good condition, clean with no noted stains or wear and ready to wear.  This is a nice collectible knit tie by a quality French fashion house!
