This is a vintage 1960s brocade dinner jacket featuring a woven Chinese pattern of dragons within a floral and foliate background, all in black. This brocade dinner jacket has padded shoulders, a Mandarin collar, a five button closure and four button cuffs. It has a chest pocket and a built-in flapped pocket at either side.

Label: None, this was probably custom tailored
Material: Satin brocade, possibly silk satin
Sizing: No size is indicated, but it should fit a large size, probably a US 42 - please rely on the following measurements for fit, taken from the outside (measure a jacket that you presently own for comparison):

Sleeves: 25” long
Sleeve Inseam: 18”
Chest: 46” around, taken under the arms (size is usually 4” less than chest circumference)
Waist: 44” around
Overall length: 31 1/2“
Condition: This brocade dinner jacket is in very good condition, clean with no pronounced wear, tear or staining. This jacket looks like it saw little use and was well cared for over the years.
