This is a wonderful vintage men’s dressing gown or lounging robe featuring a woven abstract pattern appearing as abstract crystalline floral highlights against a darker background colour. The dressing gown has a shawl collar, turned cuffs, has a matching patterned sash belt and is made in a knee length. It has a chest pocket and patch pocket at either side. The original owner’s monogram is affixed to the interior, but can easily be removed.

Label: None. This was probably custom made for the original owner
Material: Taffeta, probably rayon, very nice quality
Sizing: No size is indicated, but this dressing gown should fit a medium size, US size 40, maybe 42, but note the narrower shoulders. In any case, please rely on the following measurements for fit:
Shoulders: 17” across
Sleeves: 25” long
Sleeve Inseam: 18”
Chest: 46” around, approximate, depending on overlap
Waist: 48”, but meant to be cinched
Hips: 50”
Overall length: 44”, measured flat
Condition: It is in very clean condition - no pronounced wear, tear, staining, soiling or odour
