Beautiful original Ortega Chimayo coat hand woven in New Mexico in the 1940's. It's 100% wool with a soft silk lining. Classic piece of Southwestern Americana.

It fits like a poncho rather than a fitted jacket.
Condition: this jacket has some issues like missing fringe including the loop where one of the side buttons hooks (right sleeve). The side buttons don't match the front ones. There also some grey spots on the top of the right sleeve. All issues are shown on the pictures. Lining is fine (material is satin) and this coat is in overall good shape.
This is a great chance to get an original Ortega Chimayo piece at a really affordable price.
