This is a Scottish Black Watch tartan kilt made in Canada by Highland Queen. This Black Watch tartan kilt is pleated at the back and overlaps to the left, secured by an exterior covered button at the left and an interior button at the right. There is a large safety pin at the middle left fringed edge. It is difficult to date, but judging from the labels, I would say 1970s, maybe 80s.

Sizing: The size tag reads 6, but please rely on the following measurements for fit:
Waist: 24”-25” around - you could move the buttons to enlarge somewhat
Hips: 36”
Length: 28”
Condition: This Black Watch tartan kilt is in very good condition with no wear or tear and is free of stains or odors - this is in clean condition and has been well stored over the years.
