What do "imperfections" mean?
- We do our best to catch all imperfections prior to an item shipping, if our quality control team finds a flawed style, it does not get shipped out. This can vary from small glue marks, scuffs on the heel, slight wear to the bottom, or hard to zip boots. These boots are perfectly functional in every way possible with these small flaws.
Flaws will vary from boot to boot and are very minimal. We have provided some examples in photos, but the boots you receive may vary slightly with the imperfections.
These boots are final sale and by purchasing, you understand that they will have imperfections on them.
