This is a vintage mens white scarf made of cream white crepe. This mens white scarf is “faggotted” at either end.
Age: 1940s / 50s
Label: Morgan within an M logo with Henry Morgan & Co. Limited appearing underneath. Morgan changed this logo to Morgan’s in 1957, so this scarf would pre-date that year. Henry Morgan was a high-end department store located in Montreal, Canada. Everything that I’ve had that was purchased there has been a cut above in quality.
Material: Crepe fabric that is silky, but that I believe is rayon, although I’m not sure - not matter what, this is a quality fabric with very nice feel, weight and fall.
Size: 18” wide by 53” long
Condition: This mens white scarf is in very good condition with the exception of one dot like mark, quite tiny, and one light mark at one end (visible in the last two close-up photos). Otherwise, there is no wear, tear or other staining.
This is a nice vintage mens white scarf, great look for a formal event!
