Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once confirmation email is received, delivery may take up to 3-5 working days. An order confirmation with an order number will be emailed to you for your reference. Do note that orders made around and during Public Holidays may take longer than usual to be processed and shipped out.

All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure that someone is available at the specified shipping address to accept your order.
