The label reads "Tailored by Eaton, New York, 100% wool". It's in excellent condition. The Waist measures 25 inches, Hips 35 inches, Length 29 1/2 inches. Shown on a dress form that measures Bust 33 1/2 inches Waist 21 1/2 inches Hips 34 inches. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items.
