It's in very good condition, loose seam stitch on bust, Labeled "Endear Barbizon, nylon orlon, 16 1/2 little lady". Note this is a thick fabric with no stretch. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
