It's in excellent condition, and labeled "Century Boston, 100% all wool". The skirt measures Waist 27 inches, Hip 40 inches, Length 29 inches. Shown on a dress form that measures Bust 36" Waist 25" Hips 36". Belt sold separately. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do no have stretch, so please take into consideration when looking at size.
