This is a gorgeous 1950s dress and sweater set. The dress is a sleeveless sheath style with a metal back zipper and matching fabric belt and fully lined, the sweater is cropped 3/4 length sleeve with a matching little collar. The dress fabric is large pretty yellow roses with green leaves, and the sweater is 70% wool, 20% angora, and 10% nylon and is solid yellow and lined in silk. Labeled "Imperial House, 100% silk, Made in Japan". The bust of the dress measures 36 inches, the waist 26 inches and the hips 38 inches. Shown on a dress form that measures B36" W25" H36". It's in excellent condition. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have, this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take that into consideration when looking at size.
