It's labeled "Cricket Lane, made in the USA, machine wash, 12", feels like polyester. In very good condition, faint spots on the front. Waist 29-34 inches, it's elastic, can be cinched tighter with the belt, Hips 40 inches and 26 1/2 inches long. Shown on a dress form that measures B36" W25" H36". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items.
