Here's a wonderful navy blue roller hat from about circa 1964. It's straw with a navy grosgrain ribbon band and wide netting on the top. It's in excellent condition. Labeled "Low's original, Made in California for Joseph Horne Co. Pittsburgh", measures about 20 1/2 inches around the inside. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned.
