It's an easy to wear dress that just pulls on over your head with three round functional buttons at the bust, elasticized waist, raglan short sleeve, and one high side slit at the hem. The fabric is teal velvet with blue piping and practically shimmers in the light! It's in excellent condition, belt not original but will come with the dress. Label reads size 9 (but check measurements), 85% triacetate 15% nylon. The Bust measures 36 inches, Waist 26-32 inches, Hips 38 inches, Length 42 1/2 inches. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take that into consideration when looking at size.
