We strive to dispatch your order as soon as we can. Your order will be packed and dispatched to the delivery service provider within 1-2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). After which, the time taken for your order to reach you will be dependent on the shipping method chosen.

Delivery rates are as below:

Singapore Local Delivery:

• $5 per delivery (1-3 working days).
• Free delivery for orders above $100.

Bounced Mails / Undeliverable Mails

Orders may be undeliverable or returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

1. SG orders uncollected from the post office after 10 working days from the delivery attempt

2. International orders uncollected from the delivery service provider after failed delivery attempts or refusal to pay customs/import taxes

3. An incorrect or incomplete mailing address has been provided

We will not be liable for any lost mails due to any of the above reasons.

If orders are returned to us, we will contact you with regards to re-delivery and customers will bear the full re-shipping cost for us to resend the order to you.

Undeliverable international orders sent via courier may be destroyed at the destination country after failed delivery attempts and if customers do not contact the courier to arrange for redelivery. In such cases, we will not be liable for any losses, as it is the buyers’ responsibility to contact the courier company and ample notification lead time would have been given.
