  • Shipping will be done via SingPost & NinjaVan, which the merchant will be providing three methods of local delivery; Normal postage by Singpost, Standard courier & Next Day courier by NinjaVan
  • For Standard Courier by NinjaVan (tracking details provided), the merchant charges a flat rate of $3.50 per package; FREE for orders above $70 (not applicable for orders using promo code)
  • For Next Day Courier by NinjaVan (tracking details provided), the merchant charges a flat rate of $5.50 per package
  • FREE Same Day Door Step Delivery for orders above $100 (not applicable for orders using promo code)
  • All orders will be mailed within 1-3 working days upon receiving of payment unless your order contains backorder items (which the merchant will wait until all items are in before mailing out your package)
  • The merchant provides FREE delivery to your door step on the same day of purchase so long as you meet the requirements of spending a minimum of $120 in a single invoice and make payments by 3pm (delivery would be on the next day if you make payments after 3pm)
    ; If your order contains backorder/preorder items, delivery will only be made when items are all in.
  • Unless item is defected and out of stock, there are strictly no refunds
  • Defects refer to conditions such as a hole found, missing button, deemed (after sending us a picture for verfication) as unwashable stains. If item is not subjected as defected, do note that the merchant can reject the option of refunds.
  • Should an item be found defected, do email [email protected] within 7 days after order has been shipped. Item must be in original condition; unwashed, unworn, brand new and re-saleable. Item sent back to the merchant must be accompanied by a Certificate of Posting, with all postage costs absorbed by the sender
  • Measurement discrepancies of 0.5 - 1" are not deemed as defects
