POSTAGE MATTERS
All local normal parcels are handled by Singpost at a flat rate of $1.70 per parcel. Please be advised that The Stage Walk will not be liable for any lost and delayed parcels should you opt for normal postage. You are advised and recommended to opt for a trackable postage mode to ensure your purchase reaches you safely.
All standard courier parcels are despatched via courier service and it will take 1 to 3 working days. The cost of Courier is a flat rate of $2.00 regardless of the number of items you have purchased, and is calculated per parcel. This is to ensure that parcels will arrive safely at your doorstep. Tracking of parcel is available via http://www.roadbull.com, an email with tracking number will be sent to you by the Courier Company. In the event that there's no one at home when the parcel was being delivered, the delivery man will drop you a call for the next delivery date and time.
You will be entitled to a complimentary courier if the total amount of your orders exceeded SGD 100.00. If your order consists of one backorder item, the postage fee will be $4 instead as we will be mailing out the instock item first to prevent any delay. The backorder item will be mail out separately when the stocks arrive.
