Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if it is ill-fitting, you are welcome to return your item in exchange for a ShopperBoard credit.  The merchant accepts returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact, within 10 business days from the date of receipt.

A return may only be processed when your parcel reaches the merchant. It is advisable for a return to be sent via registered modes as the merchant would not be responsible for any lost mail sent back through non-traceable mailing options.

Kindly send an email request to [email protected], and await an acknowledgement email before the drop off/ sending back to the merchant's office.

Return parcels are to reach the merchant within 10 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND DEFECT

1)There may be a 0.5 - 0.8 inch difference in our given measurements.
2) For printed items, please note placement of prints may differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
3) Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues.
4) The merchant apologises if they have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly contact [email protected] about this issue and we will reply you within 2 working day.
5) Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective. All defective items are to reach the merchant within 10 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders.
6) Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, ShopperBoard credit or a refund will be issued.

There will be strictly no refund and no exchange for group buy or bulk purchase discount order.
