LOCAL SHIPPING

For local delivery within Singapore, you may select from 3 mail options during checkout:

1. Normal Mail via SingPost
  • Delivery may take between 2 to a maximum of 14 working days, depending on SingPost’s opertions.
  • Postage rates depend on parcel weight and the calculation will be advised upon checkout
  • Normal mail offers no tracking features, hence registered mail is highly recommended. Lollyrouge will not be liable for any delayed and missing normal mails.
  • Please note that there is a 2kg weight limitation via this option. If the weight limit is reached, your order will be sent via Courier.
2. Registered Mail via Singpost (recommended)
  • Delivery may take between 2 to 3 working days, depending on SingPost’s operations.
  • At an additional S$2.25 on top of postage cost, registered mail is a sign-for service that requires a signature on delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing the Registered Article Number for your parcel where you can track the delivery status on SingPost’s website or hotline. We encourage that you opt for this mail option for a peace of mind.
  • Please note that there is a 2kg weight limitation via this option. If the weight limit is reached, your order will be sent via Courier.
By opting for either of the above mail options, you are bound to the terms of engagement provided by SingPost. Please note that If you wish to seek assistance directly from SingPost regarding mail-related issues, you may do so at or call them at 1605.
3. Courier via TA-Q-BIN (Temporarily suspended; sorry for any inconvenience caused)
  • Next working day delivery
  • Each delivery is chargeable at $7 (regardless of parcel weight).
  • Please note that cutoff time is 3pm for parcel to be delivered on the next working day. Hence, payment and submission details have to be completed by 3pm.
  • Once your parcel has been collected, we will send you an email containing the tracking number, where you may track your parcel by visiting calling up the hotline at 1800-2255-888.
By opting for courier delivery, you are bound to the terms of engagement provided by TA-Q-BIN.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Delivery may take between 4-12 working days, depending on overseas destination.
  • All packages are sent via International registered mail via Singpost and come with tracking numbers that will be made available to you via email after your parcel has been dispatched.
  • You are to bear any additional charges incurred through customs or taxes.
