These high-waisted leggings have an opaque black poly/spandex waist/hip area with sheer stretch mesh legs. The sides have rows of grommets and lacing. Wear them on their own or layer them under a skirt, dress, or shorts.

♦LENGTH: 28 inch inseam 
♦FABRIC TYPE: Mesh fabric is 90% nylon, 10% spandex. Waist/hip area is 88% poly, 12% spandex.
♦FEATURES: Waistband has thin elastic enclosed inside
♦WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: hand wash cold or machine wash cold in a mesh garment bag, hang dry
♦SIZE INFO: Find the size chart in the item images. If you are between sizes, the smaller size will probably fit best. The size chart shows body measurements.
