Delivery Info

All orders placed before 1pm (UTC+2) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next day. Weekends don't count for next day delivery.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

We do not dispatch goods on weekends or bank / Belgium national holidays.

All overseas customers are responsible for paying all customs and import duty charges.

Returns

To return an item purchased at Black Eyed Clothing for either exchange or refund, you must do so within 30 working days from the order date.

​Returned items must be returned in their original condition. Unworn, unwashed and with tags.

​Upon receipt and review of the return, you will be notified by email once your refund has been processed, or when your return has been dispatched.

All exchanges are shipped out free of charge.

​The customer is liable for the cost of return shipping and any additional custom charges; unless faulty or sent in error.
