Soft vneck trimmed in ruffled lace 

Ruffled lace continues down one side of front

Open front, not sure if there ever was any way to close it as there doesn’t seem to be any markings that would signify that there was. One could easily add hook and eye or snaps for closure down front or add a tie inside and outside to tie at side seams like a wrap front top which may be more historically accurate

Elbow length sleeves that gather at band and then trimmed in ruffled lace

* small light colored stains on front side with lace

* pin size green dot on front side with no lace trim

*armholes have been patched and mended , lawn cotton patch is white

* a few small brown stains at upper right back shoulder

* thin spot in cotton front side no lace at waist
