This sweet little beanie was made in New York from an uber-soft cotton/poly blended knit. There is a natural stretch in this fabric, making it a perfect layer of warmth for that cold noggin!
Each cap measures 11.5" x 9.25".
About 17 years ago, I moved from New York to San Francisco. While it was colder than what I imagined California weather to be, it still wasn't nearly as cold a winter on the East Coast.
So, it always cracks me up when I see people in hats & scarves as soon as the temperature dips below 60 degrees!
On the flip side, I remember 8th Ave in New York being full of guys in tank tops in March once it climbed above 60 degrees for the first time.
I guess I'm a San Franciscan now, so I will plan on rocking these hats & scarves as soon as the thermometer hits 59 degrees.... and then pack it when I visit my family where I will be reminded of winter really feels like!
