All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.  No cancellations once the order is processed.  Orders are due by 11:59pm eastern time on 12/5/21 to meet the requested delivery deadline.  

Production is based on the mock-up shown.  Customer is responsible for proofreading the design and requesting any needed updates before ordering.  Completing a purchase constitutes approval of design as shown in the visual.
