How to Wear:
1: Turn the sleeve tape-side OUT and flip it upside down. Insert foot and slide sleeve about 3 inches above the ankle.
2: Flip the cuff of the ankle so it is tape-side IN and begin sliding sleeve up and over the cuff.
3: Gently pull the sleeve up and over calf.
4: Make sure the cuffs are sitting flat and not bunched or rolled.
5: Make any final adjustments so that the sleeve is properly aligned and comfortable.
6: TRAIN. COMPETE. RECOVER.
