How does this box work?

  1. Make payment for the Jamu Jumbo box
  2. Once payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours for you to fill in a JAMU JUMBO BOX form
  3. This form will require you to fill your current measurements for your shapewear and bralettes + preferred style and color for your bralette
  4. Please fill in the form as soon as possible for us to process your order.
  5. Once you have done so, kindly allow 2 weeks for your orders to be processed as we will be creating a bralette piece based on your preference!
  6. Once the order is processed, it will be shipped to your residence!

Kindly note the following (PLEASE ONLY ORDER IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THE FOLLOWING):

  • This box will be most suitable for pregnant ladies over week 3o/postpartum ladies as it will be the most accurate measurements for you. Should you choose to purchase before week 30, it will be on your own discretion as we will still do our best to provide the most suitable size for you.
  • What happens if the size doesn't fit for the shapewear: We will do a 1-1 exchange for you but there will be a re-delivery charge.
  • What happens if the size doesn't fit for the bralette: We will do an exchange but kindly note it will be an exchange for currently available items. There will also be a re-delivery charge. KINDLY NOTE YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO CHANGE THE ITEM FOR THE SAME SIZE.
  • As we will be recommending you the sizes only after you fill in the form, there may be a possibility that the size you belong to may be on backorder (May take up a few months to reach Singapore from USA (Next shipment: End July) - so please only order if you're comfortable should you have the need to wait. NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE.

All packages are dispatched via a private courier service.

The flat-rate delivery fees are as follows:

Defected/Incorrect Items

ENVY HER does not have a Return policy.

Exchanges will only be entertained in the following situations and MUST be communicated to us within 07 days upon delivery of items (shipment notification email).

Please note that no exchanges will be entertained after the window period unless otherwise agreed with Envy Her. Items must be unwashed/unworn and be in brand new condition without medicated oil/massage oil smell.

All items purchased during a Sale or Home Fitting or at a Discounted price are not eligible for any size exchanges/store credits.

Items purchased using store credits are not eligible for further exchanges/store credits.

 

Size Exchange

Should the customer order the wrong size during an online purchase, a size exchange will be entertained only if there are available stocks. Only one size exchange per item allowed. There will be a restocking fee of $20 should you wish to exchange again and all postage will be borne by the buyer. Only a maximum of two exchanges is allowed.

For home fitting purchase, if the customer wishes to change to different size or model, the interest should be communicated to Envy Her within 1 day after the fitting session. There will be a restocking fee of $30 should you wish to carry out the exchange and the size exchange will be entertained only if there are available stocks. All exchanges’ postage will be borne by the buyer.

Do note that requests for exchanges to other models are possible BUT no refunds in cash/credits should the exchanged item value be lower than the new item requested.

Customers are to return the items via normal/registered mail with a certificate of posting from the post office.

Kindly note that lost packages and postage fee will not be borne us ENVY HER. The exchanged item will be sent back to the customer via her preferred mode of postage.

Should the customer wish to change size within 7 days and the items are bought during SALE. The customer can choose to top up to FULL RETAILING PRICE and proceed with the exchange. An acknowledgement from ENVY HER needs to be present before proceeding with the exchange.

Customer needs to indicate the following for exchange :

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Mobile
  • Size/Model/Color Bought
  • Size/Model/Color to be exchanged to
  • Returned Delivery Address

All exchanges have to be communicated to us within 07 working days upon delivery of items (shipment notification email/WhatsApp). Please note that strictly no exchanges will be entertained after the window period unless otherwise agreed with ENVY HER.

 

1) An incorrect item is sent out. 

Please kindly contact us at [email protected] to notify us of the situation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged and a return address included on the parcel.

Customers are to return the items via normal/registered mail with a certificate of posting from the post office. Refund for postage will be in the form of cheque included in the parcel sent.

In the situation that the same item is out of stock, refund in a cheque of the same amount will be given instead.

 

2) A defected item is sent out. 

Please kindly contact us at [email protected] with pictorial evidence of the manufacturing defect.

We will ascertain the defect and further advise you on the next course of action.

Do note that measurements may vary 0.5 to 0.75 inches as the apparels are mass manufactured. There might also be slight discrepancies in the colours of the items arising from the difference in computer screen resolutions. These are not considered a manufacturing defect.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged and a return address included on the parcel.

Once the defect is ascertained, an exchange of the same item in the same size and colour will be provided.
