FR Winter Jackets

FR winter jackets have evolved. The Benchmark FR Insulated Bomber Jacket is lined with our next generation FR insulation called FIRE RAM. This system incorporates a hollow core of lightweight, flexible insulation which is not bulky to wear. This cold weather system is 15% thinner and 20% warmer than "quilted modacrylic." found in almost all other brands.

Fire Ram will not separate at the elbow or shoulder joint, and it is wind resistant while still allowing for sweat to escape. It has an Arc Rating (ATPV) - 34 cal/cm2 and is HRC/ARC Level 3 rated to protect against ARC flash and flash fire.

The jacket has two welt pockets, an inside security pocket, and gas detection loop on the shoulder. The front closure has a storm flap and concealed zipper pull cover. This jacket may look classic but the technology used in it is unprecedented in the arc and flame resistant clothing industry. The Fire Ram Bomber jacket is proudly made in the USA. One last thing...there is no cheesy elastic waist, this is a nice, clean, FR winter coat.
