"What inspired me with this specific style was the fruit, which is what I feel represents spring and summer... it’s what I look forward to most once the farmers markets open up again after winter! The sketch style is one that I always fall back on as one of my favorite ways to draw. Sketching is initially supposed to be the first phase before a painting but I always end up loving the messy, sketchy drawings more than a finished painting!
