Received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product? ShopperBoard accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of your purchase! 

Exchanges apply for incorrect products, or products that are faulty or damaged in its use for skincare, smell for fragrances, or color for makeup. If you received an incorrect product, exchange but please note that the products must be unopened and unused in its original packaging.  In the event that a product is no longer available, full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Our return and exchange policy is subjected to the following Terms & Conditions: 

General

• Return or exchange request must be submitted via https://shopperboard.com/contact with the following information:
• Order Number
• Name of the Product(s)
• Reason for Exchange or Return
• Original email receipt(s) must be presented for return or exchange.
• Proof that the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect must be presented before we process the request for return or exchange.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change-of-mind.
• Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so your return parcel can be traced.
• ShopperBoard reserves the right to reject any return or exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
• ShopperBoard reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

Returns

For returns, refunds in equivalent value to the original purchase will be credited via the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days after your product is delivered back to us.

• Postage costs will be reimbursed via bank transfer.
• Any discount code or promotional code used on the returned product(s) will not be refunded.

Exchanges

• Faulty and damaged products can only be exchanged for the same item.
• Incorrect products can only be exchanged for the product originally intended for purchase.
