JESUS OF NAZARETH

Our God was from Nazareth.

“'Can anything good come out of Nazareth?' Philip said to him". The significance of our Savior’s birth, being born in what the world would consider the lowest of places. This is what our world would deem less than or beneath. Growing up in a place like Nazareth was frowned upon, and looked down on. All of this was done for a purpose.  For when the world looked to kings in thrones, idols made of gold, inheritance to possessions and kingdoms through birth or lineage, our God, our King Jesus came in to serve.

John 1
The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
