About the Artist:

Melodie Owens is dedicated to synthesizing techniques and materials in new ways. Being open to new ideas and techniques is what keeps her designs and process stimulating her work continually evolves.

She works with many metals and adds color using gems, crystals, fused glass,  fibers, and found objects. Her work is handcrafted personally in her High Desert Albuquerque studio.
