Size chart

All orders take 1-2 working days to process before the merchant ships out your item(s). Kindly provide us with accurate information to avoid any issues with the delivery as delivery costs are non-refundable.

Local Shipping

Local parcels are mailed using Smartpac (Standard Courier Shipping) or Registered Articles (if parcel exceeds Smartpac dimensions) by Singpost at a flat rate of $4.00. For local orders $60.00 and above, free Standard Courier Shipping is applicable.

Singpost delivers only within the main island of the Republic of Singapore (including Sentosa and Jurong Island but excluding other off-shore islands).
Smartpac parcels are delivered to your doorstep within 2-3 working days during non-festive periods (January to September) and within 3-4 working days during festive periods (October-December).

If there is no one to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, Smartpac parcels will be placed in your letterbox. In the event that your letterbox is full or the parcel exceeds the letterbox dimensions, Singpost will leave a delivery advice in the letterbox. You may exchange the delivery advice for your Smartpac parcel within 10 working days, at the post office stated on the delivery advice. There are strictly no refunds should you fail to collect your parcel within the 10 working days.

If there is no one to receive the parcel via Registered mail at the time of delivery, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door of the addressee's address. You can collect the item from the designated post office, or redirect it to another post office of your convenience or reschedule for another delivery. As collection timing may vary, it is advisable to check the timing before proceeding to the post office to collect. The addressee shall bring along his/her NRIC or identification card, and delivery advice, as well as any other identification documents required by the relevant postal administration.

An order that includes backorders will be shipped together as one parcel after the latest arrival date. To request for separate deliveries, kindly email [email protected] Do note that additional shipping charges will be applicable.

As there could be many factors regarding the delay of an arrival, the merchant will promptly update the relevant product pages on the new estimated date of arrival should there be any changes in status. The merchant regrets to inform you that there will be no cancellations for backorders unless the delivery is delayed for more than 2 weeks. All cancelled backorders will be issued ShopperBoard credits instead of a refund.

The merchant recognizes the risks of online shopping and they aim to help the customers be satisfied with their purchase. If the product is not up to expectation or simply if there's a change of mind, do feel free to request for a return. Currently the merchant does not accept exchanges, but should you need to exchange for a different colour or size, kindly proceed with requesting a return and purchase the product again with the ShopperBoard credit in your intended size/colour.

Conditions for returns

The merchant accepts returns for all products except for accessories and items on sale. The product(s) must be in its original condition (hangtag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). There are strictly no refunds (except for defective items) and all returns will be in the form of a ShopperBoard credit.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, the merchant sincerely apologizes for the mistake on their end. In order to help rectify the problem efficiently, kindly send an email to [email protected] with a snapshot of the defect and a detailed description before mailing out the item(s) for us to advise you further.

Do note that the following points are not deemed as defects and a return will be offered instead of a refund:

  • Slight colour discrepancy on the photos and actual item
  • Difference of about 0.5"-0.75" in measurements stated on the website
  • Slight imperfections such as loose threads and stains that are almost invisible.

    *Defects are based on the merchant’s discretion and they reserves the right to decline any requests based on the situation.

Procedure for returns

Please refer to the following steps for making an exchange/return:

  1. Drop ShopperBoard an email request within 5 working days after receiving the item, providing any feedback/reasons for the return.
  2. After you have received the confirmation email, all items must be mailed back with a traceable mode of delivery, within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
    *Do note that when sending the item(s) back to the merchant, the delivery fees are to be borne by the customer except for items that are defective or sent incorrectly.
  3. Once the merchant has received your item(s), we will issue you a ShopperBoard credit.

We will not proceed with the return request if the merchant did not receive the parcel and are not liable for any parcel loss via normal mail. Returned parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as the merchant's property and no compensation will be offered.


For accuracy of items, please refer to measurements stated on the product page. Do note that measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.75" as these items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no refunds will be accepted.

For printed and embellished pieces, there will be slight variance as different pieces may appear differently due to fabric placement and human inaccuracy.

Colors shown on website may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. Requests for exchange/return due to such reason will be rejected.
