Sleeves originally had a cuff but someone took out the cuff to lengthen the sleeve. The cuff could easily be reformed and stitched if one wanted. There are three lengths you could get from the sleeves.
Slit pockets at hip.
Coat fully lined in a beautiful pacific blue
A beige basket weave wool fabric lines coat between lining and boucle for extra warmth
