This striking Nuno-felted scarf combines the "barbs" that occur naturally on wool fibers to penetrate through silk fibers layered on the scarf to create a feather light and airy feel.  Vertical rows of orange, gold, and green color blended silk and wool are beautifully enmeshed, floating across the piece.  It is finished with a narrowed scalloped edge on each end, adding to the artistry of this unique piece.
