On August 23, 2022, Marion County Detective Matt Blansett and Tennessee State Trooper Sergeant Lee Russell were conducting arial surveillance near Aetna Mountain, Tennessee. The helicopter they were traveling in struck a power line causing it to crash into the side of the mountain. Detective Blansett and Sergeant Russell were killed during the crash. One of the last things that Detective Blansett was working on before he left in the helicopter that day was the design of this shirt. To honor his memory, we have turned the shirt into an End of Watch memorial shirt.
