A mesh version of Kozan's best-selling Mila topper, which offers a fabulous solution to the bare-arm conundrum of sleeveless dresses and tops. It has an easy, pullover construction with an asymmetrical hemline; while it works especially well over dresses, we also like this back to skirts, which can sometimes be hard to match up!
