A prolific furniture designer for American of Martinsville in Virginia, Merton Gershun focused on creating modern pieces that were about beauty as well as utility. Inspired to bring solid walnut furnishings to postwar homeowners on a modest budget, Gershun created one of the best-selling home lines of its time.

Each night table measures 25" T x 24" W x 28" D. Interior drawers measure 9.5" x 8.5".

In beautiful antique condition. Subtle overall sun fading on one table due to items previous position in the home. Minor wear commensurate with age and use.  We make every effort to photograph any visible wear, which only adds to an item's rich character.
