All local orders will be shipped using courier at a flat rate of $4.00, it provides tracking information.

Instock items ordered will be mailed out within 3-5 working days upon verification of payment.
Delivery Time: 2-3 working days after item is being mailed out.

If there are backorder and instock items in a single order, we will only mail out the order once all backorder arrives. 

• The merchant only accepts returns that are caused by obvious manufacturing defects.
• Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of shipment and must not be worn, washed and tag not removed.
• Item should only be returned via Normal Mail with Certificate of Posting (COP) from Singpost only.
• The merchant will do a one for one exchange or refund if the item is out of stock.
• Swimwear and Lingerie are strictly non exchangeable and nor refundable due to hygienic reasons.
• The merchant reserves the right to refuse any returns deemed inappropriate.
• The merchant does not allow exchanges or returns due to buyer's negligence in buying the wrong sizes. Please understand that the merchant does this so that they can continue to keep the costs low, which will in turn benefit the shoppers.
