All orders will be processed and mailed out within 1 - 3 working days after your payment has been verified unless there is any out of stock item in your order. You will be informed if such situation arises.

Customers may then choose to change the product to another one/ request for ShopperBoard credit/ request for refund.

IMPORTANT

* The merchant will not be responsible for any lost mail through Singpost normal mail. Kindly note that they are unable to track any normal mail. As such, registered mail is highly recommended.
* The merchant will not be responsible for any lost mail due to an error in the address provided by the customers so kindly check that you have include your block, unit number, street and postal code.
* All parcels that are unclaimed from the merchant 3 months after date of purchase will be disposed and no refund will be given.

BACKORDER STATUS

Good things are worth the wait!

Estimated date of arrival for all on-going backorders are approx. 3 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

The merchant will mail out the items if shipment arrives earlier.

Note: If your order consists of both BO and instocks, it will only be mailed out when all items are available. To mail out instocks first, please email [email protected] with your order ID.

REFUND

• All items purchased may only qualify for an exchange or return for ShopperBoard credit (subjected to our approval)

SIZING ISSUES

• Please email [email protected] if your order is eligible for an exchange and we will guide you on the procedure.
• Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag from our apparel has been removed.
• Eligible exchange period - 10 working days.
• Exchange to a different design is not allowed.
• Exchange to a backorder item is not allowed.
• Exchange can only be done once per item.
• Item(s) purchased with the use of discount code will not be qualified for an exchange unless you are willing to top up to the original price.
• An exchange is subjected to availability upon receipt of your parcel.
• If the colour that you have ordered is out of stock, you will have to pick another colour of the same design. In the event that all colours for the item in the size that you want are sold out, ShopperBoard credit will be issued instead. Do note that $2 will be deducted per item for any store credit issued. ShopperBoard credit does not include postage fees.
• All return parcel will have to be mailed back via registered postage (or any courier services with tracking number). Postage fees will be borne by the buyer.
• A top up of $4 will be requested upon receipt of your parcel for the merchant to mail it back to you via courier along with any other additional top up(s) if required.
• For a special request to do a 1-1 meetup exchange at our convenience, a $2 processing fee per item will be chargeable.
• All exchange fees top-up has to be completed within 7 working days upon receipt of your parcel (based on the date of email sent to inform you that we have received it). If no top up is received after 7 working days, the exchange will be deemed completed and no refund will be given. 
  (This is due to the increasing number of exchanges taking more than 30 days to be completed. Thanks for your kind understanding.)

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

• The merchant sincerely apologize if the item that you have ordered is not available.
• We will notify you if the item that you have ordered is out of stock due to a defect or wrong inventory count.
• You may opt for a change of design/ colour or a full refund.
• A full refund will be made within 5-10 working days if there is no alternative that you want to change to. Payment will be made to your bank account/ debit/ credit card/ Paypal depending on your payment mode.
  
  

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• The merchant sincerely apologize for mailing a defective item to you. They do check all apparels before mailing out.
  However, as all checks are done manually, the merchant's packers may miss out on some details at the time. 
  Please email [email protected] and provide us with your ShopperBoard order number along with snapshots of the defect and we will guide you on the exchange process.
• The defect will have to be reported within 7 working days from the date of despatch of the parcel.
• Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag has been removed from the apparel.
• The merchant will decide to do the exchange via courier or postage method. If the defect is obvious and does not require further checks,
  the merchant will send a courier to do a 1-1 exchange with you as soon as we can.
• If the item requires further checks, it will be done via postage. $1.50 will be reimbursed via store voucher if a defect is found.

WRONG ITEM SENT

• Strictly no exchange will be accepted if the brand tag has been removed from the apparel.
• The merchant will send a courier to exchange the item received to the correct item with you as soon as we can. 

Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.

The merchant reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions at any point in time without prior notice. The merchant's decision is final.
