Original acrylic sunset painting inspired by the Florida panhandle.

Acrylic painting by JoDean. While living in Florida, she fell in love with, and photographed  the beautiful, expansive sunsets there obsessively. Since returning to Austin, she paints them with a perspective which translates her feeling so far from them now, in tiny organized strokes. Set in a calm, neutral not organized backdrop they are a beautiful contradiction in many ways. Acrylic on canvas.
