EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We will NOT accept requests for refund due to reasons such as preference, unsuitability of apparels, wrong size chosen. 
  • We only issue refunds/replace items if you were given the wrong size or items are defective or damaged. Postage will be borne by Faroshah for exchanges due to the stated reason.
  • Exchange to a different size is allowed on the condition that stock is available. Otherwise, you may exchange for another item. There will be NO REFUNDS. Postage to be borne by customer for any exchanges due to the stated reason.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since dispatched of items, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
